Basically, I am satisfied with the pastry and 90% with the friendly service. However, there are two issues that disturb me and are always idle. 1) You can pay only by debit card, if you buy goods with a minimum value of five euros. I am someone who rarely has cash with me. Cashless payment has become established in other countries and in Germany, it is now very common. I am a very solvent customer, so if I see an attractive cake after shopping, I do not hesitate to buy. Of course, I know that fees will be charged on EC payments, but on the other hand, about 100 € of turnover would not have been made by me alone over the years because of this five-euro hurdle. 2) Very often I have to argue, because I, as a second in the "snake", overtake the one who is being served, in order to be able to choose my own pastry. and every time I'm told to please turn right. On the one hand, I hired myself on the right before I overtook the customers I had served at the moment, and on the other hand, I handle this for good reason: As soon as it's my turn, I can place my order IMMEDIATELY, so I will not "slow down" the store. If I wait behind the currently served customer and select the goods only when it leaves the counter again, all customers behind me have to plan 1-2 minutes more until they can place the order. I do not want to expect that from anyone. Instead of appreciating my thoughtful thinking, I have the impression that nobody understands my way of thinking. Instead, it always says, "We only have one snake". This indicates that no one understands this simple fact. It's frustrating. Every time.

This branch is located in the Edeka. Lots of space and numerous seats available. Customer toilet is well hidden and unfortunately very shabby. That spoils the good impression a little. Too bad.
